BIKE PARK & DOWNHILL INSTRUCTION
Bikeparks are one of the bike industries fastest growing attractions. Used properly bike parks can be a safe and fun environment to improve your riding skills. With a variety of different levels of tracks there is something of everyone.
Being coached by experienced riders and taking multiple runs in the park are one of the best ways to fine tune your riding skills before you take them to the single trails.
Specification
Ages: All ages
Disciplines: Downhill & Bikepark
Ability Level: Must be confidant and have basic riding technique
Single Hours: Between 9am to 4pm
Half Day: 9am – 12 noon or 1pm – 4pm
Full Day: 9am to 4pm
Meeting Point: Your Epic instructor will meet you at a convenient location
Note: Full face helmet and protection is mandatory. Epic can help you organise everything required
What to Expect
Beginners
The bike park introduction is tailored for first-timer looking to get a taste of the bike park in Lenzerheide. You’ll get started on the easy trails and progress to the harder ones when the time is right. You will be coached on how to use to bike park correctly and safely as well as body position, breaking, cornering and jumping so you get the most our of your time with Epic Bike. Downhill or free ride bikes can be organised upon request.
Intermediate / Advanced
The Lenzerheide bike park has a wide variety of runs to suit all standards of riding. Starting out on the less intimidating runs and progressing as needed. You will work on the technical skills required in the bike park. The pace of the lesson is up to you and your riding will be improved in a safe and fun way with Epic Bike
